I like how easy it is to use Nomad, especially since it handles contracts and finding renters all in one place. The fact that it offers guaranteed rent gives me confidence, and the contracts being part of the portal were very comprehensive. The ease of use extends to the support team, which helped make the setup process intuitive and straightforward. I appreciated that they walked me through the process, and it matched my expectations perfectly. Managing the whole process alone was simple, from posting my home on Nomad, which showed up on other platforms like Zillow, to receiving notifications and quickly moving from initial conversation to a signed lease in less than a month. The intuitive portals and quick notifications on my phone were really helpful.

I find Nomad incredibly useful for finding a new lease. It made finding a new house easy with quick responses and an ease of application.

I appreciated that they screened the tenants and are willing to offer guaranteed rent. It's somewhat assuring to know that you could receive an advance on rents if reserves were tight. I'll not need that feature, but rookie landlords may find this to be a very valuable feature.
