I love the service that’s available, anytime I have needed them - the Nomad team has been there for me

The platform is easy to use, every step of the leasing process has been thought through and simplified for the user. The responsiveness of the team is helpful and answers any questions within minutes. The pricing for what you get - guaranteed rent payments, insurance, lease signing, etc - very much worth what you're paying. The automated features of Nomad have been mostly smooth, easy to navigate and understand.

I love how Nomad made the process of getting my house listed, marketed, and leased as easy as possible, especially as a new landlord. The step-by-step process and efficient, responsive customer service were very helpful. I appreciate the easy access to answers and AI assistance that made ticket creation smooth, and how quickly the staff responded to my questions. The professional photography service added value, and I didn't have to worry about the next steps to effectively list and market my property. The cost for what you get is a big benefit, and I received top dollar for my rental. Nomad saved me time and made renting my property much faster than if I had done it on my own. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
