I absolutely love how user-friendly Ninety.io is. The interface is clean, easy to read, and follow, making it very intuitive. Additionally, it impressively integrates with cross-departmental functions, allowing us to seamlessly use all of the metrics and KPIs from every department to track company-wide goals. This integrative capability means there is never any ambiguity about our current status and what we are striving towards. The easy setup was another highlight, making the initial transition to using Ninety.io a smooth experience.

It worked fine until they decided to update the software. Thereafter, we lost data. Years of data that will be time consuming and expensive to recover. Their 'Client Success Managers' do not seem to care.
