We've been clients since July 2016 when this product was named Ranktrackr. We upgraded to Nightwatch promptly after release. 1) It just works, by that I mean it's reliable and my degree of trust in the tool is really high. 2) The Interface is well thought. 3) Pricing is fair and the tiers work for us. 4) The dev team is adding new features every now and then.

One of the best things about Nightwatch it the ability to send daily reports that are extremely customizable. Some of my clients have different levels of understanding of how internet marketing works so Nightwatch gives you the ability to transform the report and tailor it based on what you want to show each separate client. Many of my clients have thanked me for sending them daily reports and keeping them updated every step of the way - but this is all automated by Nightwatch. Then you also have the option to integrate Google Analytics and Search Console very easily which gives clients all the data about their website in one clean report which has just helped my business stand out over many others.
