Large and Experienced Personnel with Frequent and Detailed Billing

We have been most satisfied with the level of staff expertise. Rarely are issues encountered that are beyond their ability. On the one occasion we encountered such an issue, NexTec seems to carry enough weight with Acumatica to merit expedited assistance.
