This system is very comprehensive and works perfectly to find employees in two simple steps. Some of our customers request staff using a form which integrates into NextCrew or we enter the job order. I recently had a client requesting 40 employees and it was filled in 1 day. Before implementing this system we had to make phone calls to each employee and efficiency was very low. This system frees up our time to focus on other things. Reports NextCrew provides are also very valuable as we can search for employees around the area of the client and send offers to those employees. Additionally, payroll is as easy as uploading the report from NextCrew to Quickbooks. Lastly, whenever you need help they are always available for you. I think this makes a huge impact.
