We highly recommend NM to automated the process.

This application is the best workflow management that empowers our business to map, track, and automate processes. We could integrate with SharePoint which helps us to have a data list of information that came from NM (which is super helpful for our team). It is easy to use and not need coding to create the workflow for our team. the NM support team always supports any changes and Errors we get through making the automation. Thanks Shadi Rashed for supporting us and helping to create or change our process
