I was introduced to Newforma Project Center at Geo Business and found it to be an interesting project management and collaboration platform for the construction and engineering industry. The system provides a centralized way to manage project documents, communications, and workflows, helping teams stay organized and improve collaboration. It looked user-friendly and capable of supporting efficient project delivery. I liked how Newforma Project Center brings project information, documents, and communications together in one place. The platform appeared well-organized and easy to navigate, making it simpler for project teams to access information and stay aligned throughout a project's lifecycle. The centralization of project information in Newforma Project Center reduces the need to search across multiple systems, emails, and folders. Having everything in one platform makes it quicker to locate documents, track communications, and understand project status without losing time or missing key information. The ease of navigation also stood out, as it helps users move between different project areas efficiently. This would be particularly useful on complex engineering projects where large volumes of information need to be accessed quickly and accurately by different team members.

It stores all information of a project in one collated area and you are able to make changes where it is needed and invite anyone who is working on a project to review.

The UX is modern and cloud based. It easily connects with multiple third-party services, making it a valuable hub to connect our data. We got great support setting it up which required little effort our end. We are still transitioning to the product, so we don't use it frequently yet.
