An indispensable network monitoring solution that ensures maximum uptime
Netsense provides us with immense flexibility when setting up custom alarms that are critical to our operations, and thanks to the available integrations, we receive them exactly where we need them. It allows us to track every vital parameter for each device and port. We can easily monitor traffic, capacity, errors, discards, link flaps, down links, and comprehensive diagrams that streamline the management of our entire network.
With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I can confidently state that Netsense is one of the best products we have ever used. It truly helps us maintain the highest quality of service, minimizes downtime, and uncovers hidden issues.

A Practical NMS for OLT, PON and Last-Mile Monitoring
NetSense NMS gives us much better visibility into the last-mile network, especially OLTs, PON ports, and customer-side devices. In large FTTx deployments it is usually difficult to quickly identify whether an issue is in the core, aggregation, or access network. NetSense helps narrow this down very quickly.
We particularly value the monitoring and alerting around OLTs and PON ports, including cases like partial PON outages or degradation that would otherwise take much longer to diagnose. The platform is multi-vendor and combines monitoring with management capabilities, which is useful when operating equipment from different vendors.
Another big advantage is the operational visibility it provides to our NOC team. Instead of manually checking multiple systems, the team can quickly see where problems are happening and reduce the time to diagnose and resolve customer-impacting issues.
