NetBeez Network Monitoring helps diagnose issues fast!
We find great value in being able to see network conditions from multiple points within our network, as well as from an off-network perspective. Also of great value is the ability to run service tests from multiple network points.

I like that you can alter the MTU and and other variables to get a more robust testing environment. I like that support is fast and effective. I like that the cost for this level of troubleshooting is affordable. I like that we can deploy these agents to trouble areas fast and shorten the time to resolve customer issues. I like that the interface requires a very little learning curve to get started. I like the integrations with Slack that allows us to run ad-hoc testing on the fly through a slack bot and a channel a team can join and get alerts to the status of the agents.

Great tool for providing "user-focused" performance information
With low-cost/low-end agents in branch offices, NetBeez gives information about user experience against corporate and Internet resources. It's very difficult to get this information in any other way, and their dashboard aggregates and unifies the information to help make it easier to do root-cause analysis of problems (is it the network, is it the server, is it the site, etc.).
