Feature-Rich All-in-One for Nonprofits, Still a Lot to Navigate
Neon CRM has a lot of features, and really is shooting to be a one-stop shop for nonprofits that need a donor management and engagement tool. I appreciate that we can run our giving forms, events, memberships, and email campaigns through one integrated tool. I also appreciate that the platform is constantly being improved through substantial updates that add new functionalities and improve efficiency. Neon integrates with a few other software tools we use, too. The user interface is clean but there's still a lot of information to look through at any given time.

Effortless Donor Management, Needs Better Event Payment Support
I use Neon CRM for organizing donor data, producing reports, and communications at work. It solves the problem of donor organization by making donor data very accessible and makes pulling reports easy. I really like that it's a pretty accessible database that's not too confusing in its infrastructure, making it easy to use. It's really good for donor data management. Although I wasn't there for the initial setup, I've heard it was relatively easy, and downloading information into it is simple. I also appreciate the workflows, which are pretty nice for creating easy pathways to get tasks done.

I love using Neon CRM for its ease of monthly giving which is super helpful for building up our monthly donors. It's great that it helps us track who is donating to our organization and lets us compare that to what events they're attending and how often they're engaging with us. Running reports on lapsed donors or new donors is really beneficial for keeping in touch with people. We don't have to guess at which donors have lapsed or who has newly donated, which makes it easier to do the important work of donor cultivation between gifts. Plus, the event features are amazing and very useful for us as a nonprofit event producer.
