Best-in-Class Implementation and an Easy UI That Doubled Our Online Account Openings
Beyond easy to use for my customers, we have opened almost double the accounts online in a few months as we did all of last year. The UI is great and customers can navigate with no issues. Minimal manual intervention needed and the implementation has been best in class experience.

Streamlined Account Opening, Quick Support
I appreciate the great customer service with a small company feel, and I really like the quick response time from general managers. I also like the interaction with Alloy and the ability to perform a deep dive KYC or KYB, which helps rule out any fraudulent applications through SSN verification, DOB, Name, IP address, email, phone, and address checks. It's beneficial to have the QualiFile ChexSystems report and OFAC all in one place.
