What I value most about Najar is actually not the technology itself, but the people and the expertise behind it. I agree with some of the previous reviews that the platform still has room to improve from a technology perspective. That said, my experience has been that Najar is very responsive to customer feedback and genuinely listens to pain points. I’ve seen a lot of development happen recently, and through my account team it’s clear that more improvements are already in progress. What really sets Najar apart for me is the knowledge and skill of their software buyers. The biggest value comes from the ability to tailor the objective and negotiation strategy case by case, depending on what outcome we want to achieve. That flexibility and expertise is far more important to me than the platform alone. In my view, the technology is an advanced vehicle that supports the process, but the real value comes from the people, the market knowledge, and the procurement capability they bring to each negotiation.
