Nailted makes mondays better
It helps to enhance the environment positivity of the team. With claps, I can share how valuable are my teammates work. And for me everytime I get Claps from a teammate, it`s marvelous feedback. In these times when coffee chats are less common, having a plaform focus on giving and getting feedback in a good way, it`s awesome.

I love sending applause to my co-workers (and receiving it, too). I also like the system of questions to check the level of happiness in the company and other related aspects.

Take a moment to acknowledge the work of colleagues
I like how the topic of recognizing other people in the organization is oriented. I think it's a good idea for it to be something like a 360 review and to be done at the end of the week. I find it important to set aside time to acknowledge the work or specific situations you would like to highlight about the people you work with.
The fact that someone remembers you is something that fosters good relationships and makes you feel valued.
