Pull printing from any device on the network is another feature that removes daily annoyances. I also like that MyQ supports mixed fleets, handling different MFP brands without any issues. The rules engine is flexible enough to set policies without scripting, which significantly reduces paper and toner usage. User provisioning through Active Directory works flawlessly, and the job roaming experience is incredibly smooth. I also appreciate the strong alerts and proactive monitoring, keeping us informed about toner levels and device status before clients notice. Great product. The app is simple and easy to understand. Setup was quick. Great way for me to open and close my garage door and to verify if it is closed when you have that 'oh no' moment.
