Excellent AI Tracking & Alerts, but Purchasing Bundles Could Be Easier

We really enjoy the AI camera tracking and quick alerts that allow us to know if issues arise both for our drivers as well as their driving practices. By getting the alerts we are able to respond to issues quickly and effectively. We use the software daily and have found it to be extremely helpful in our day to day operations. It's easy both to use and implement in to our routines current programs and the alerts come direct to email and we can be notified in seconds. It's also great to see they are constantly improving the system for better use.

Easy-to-Use Hours Tracking, with a Few Confusing Rules

I like that Motive keeps track of my hours, violations, and the time I have left in my shift. It’s pretty easy to navigate and user-friendly. The pre-trip paperwork is a lot easier to do in the Motive app than to record on paper, and it’s all right there at my fingertips. Getting started was pretty easy, too; the admin did most of it, and I only had a few little things to learn.

Easy Fleet Management with Powerful Visibility, Though GPS Updates Could Be More Consistent

I find Motive easy to use, and I appreciate the visibility it gives me into our fleet operations. Real-time GPS tracking helps me know where our vehicles are, monitor routes, coordinate deliveries, and respond to delays or issues. It also helps reduce unnecessary mileage and keep daily operations organized. I value the driver safety features because they help me identify risky behaviors like speeding, harsh braking, and distracted driving so we can address problems early. I also appreciate the easy access to vehicle information and simplified compliance tools. Motive saves time, reduces paperwork, improves communication, and makes managing our drivers and vehicles easier. The initial setup was relatively easy and straightforward; the platform was easy to understand, and connecting vehicles and drivers did not require much difficulty.
