I finally have a great app that got me out of juggling multiple apps and task managers (Calendly + Notion + Google Cal, Sunsama) and into one really nice, consolidated view. It has great features and strong UX/design, and it’s cut my calendar and task-management app costs in half.

Morgen helps me not only organize the plethora of meetings and events, it also helps me document, track, and schedule the tasks I have at hand. The UI is fairly intuitive, and clean to boot. (I also like how it rewards you when you check off a task as finished by putting a little 🎉and some confetti on the screen). Plus, since it's so minimalistic, it doesn't take a whole lot of resources in my PC, so it runs fairly smoothly. It integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, so that covers all my bases. I can also hook up multiple e-mails from each, depending on my needs, and then turn on or off different calendars from each account. On top of that, I have a standalone calendar native to Morgen that I can schedule my tasks onto. I pay for the yearly plan, and paying the equivalent of $15/mon for a tool that keeps me on track helps so much more than just using Google Calendar. I actually took a whole training course about using Google Calendar, and it was basically suggesting I use Google Calendar in the same way that Morgen is naturally built to be used. I find it incredibly useful. Moreover, the ability to set time-blocks where I can designate the types of tasks I want to do at that time is helpful. For example, if I say I want to designate mornings to chores, then I can tell the AI to only schedule tasks from my home calendar to morning times, and then the time block in the afternoon only gets tasks from my work calendar.
