Capshare means we can type in a name and see everything on one screen. All stockholders and option holders can access Capshare and see their entire file, documents included. I love that Capshare was built specifically for private companies like ours so we don't have to deal with the complexity of systems that are also built for public companies. But I also love knowing that when we outgrow it, we will have a smooth transition to their public company platform on Shareworks. The live chat support is phenomenal. They are responsive, smart, and getting answers is easy.
