Easy to use Software our Employees Love

|Shareworks by Morgan Stanley
The Realtime access to Cap table information and ability to make changes on demand. 409A valuation and Stock Comp Expense are great features that reduce the legal/consulting fees more than the total cost of the software (at least for us). Employees now see there stock options and vesting which they appreciate. Great addition to my financial stack
