Based on my role, I use Monosnap for: 1. Making screenshots with clear descriptions and highlighting the needed areas in SS 2. Recording video of the user journeys in the application 3. Monosnap allows creating complex screenshots that contain several displays or merging a few screenshots into one

What I like about Monosnap is that it's very simple and straightforward - there are not too many functions, which helps avoid clutter, but the functions that are there are extremely intuitive to use and provide great value for quick edits. Monosnap was very easy to implement and I use it multiple times a day.
