Being able to manage multiple websites from a single panel is very useful to me: I can update them without having to enter the WordPress admin of each one and, furthermore, send each client a report at the end of the month with the tasks performed.

I like the excellent usability of Modular DS. The interface and menus are very good and allow you to quickly see the overall range of functionalities. In terms of features, I love being able to make updates with a simple button, ensuring safe updates, where I can compare if the UI/UX changed after the backup. And if it changed, I can revert the update, which I consider an excellent feature. Additionally, the usability is great, allowing updates on multiple WordPress websites at once, without needing to manually access each one of them. The initial setup of Modular DS was very easy.

I would especially highlight the support: close, fast, talking with people and not with a machine. I've been using the tool for about two years and the evolution has been enormous; innovation is constant and it has more and more functionalities, incomparable to what it was at the beginning. I think the integration with Patchstack is a great success: having leader-level security for WordPress included in the service, at a very competitive price, is a significant leap and allows you to worry much less. The external backups are super transparent and are set up in three steps. I also greatly value the improvements in mass updates and vulnerability notifications (I used to receive one email per website, now a single global email, much more manageable). The included Uptime Monitor is another strong point: there are services that charge separately just for this and in Modular DS it is included. The secure plugin updates continue to be one of the features that give me the most peace of mind. And as a detail that I value a lot: they have Catalan available, something important because I communicate in Catalan with many of my clients.
