Aside from being a cloud platform with a modern interface, clear navigation and organization logic, something I highlight is the ease of creating, customizing, and scheduling reports in a very clean way and natively in Spanish (including other languages), in addition to the ability to schedule actions and perform backups in an integrated manner... Another point to highlight that is undoubtedly decisive is the human quality behind it to provide technical support and communication at all times, truly a great value!
