I like that Modge solves a very real problem for businesses with remote employees. It gives me a clear AI summary of each employee's productivity, showing where their time is being spent and where they can improve. It helps me see what's working and what isn't without micromanaging. The AI productivity summary makes it easy to spot wasted time, which saves us on wasted payrolls. I appreciate the privacy aspect since the product runs locally rather than using cloud-based AI models, giving us peace of mind that our data is private. The pricing is fair, and we get much higher returns by saving on wasted payrolls. The initial setup was seamless, and moving from Time Doctor to Modge was a good decision. I also love that Modge helps me find small productivity leaks that can turn into a lot of lost time and money across the company.

I like Modge's customer support speediness, which makes any issues I have get resolved quickly. The employee tracking and time tracking features are really helpful for keeping track of how everyone is doing and getting clarity on data tracking. It's great for getting a grip on operational bottlenecks and figuring out which workflows need more help and where team members are performing well. Plus, the initial setup was very easy, which made starting with Modge hassle-free.

I use Modge for tracking employees and gain extremely valuable insights from it. Their analytic track is amazing, and we saw employees using unproductive software. Since switching to Modge from ActivTrak, we've gained an 18 percent increase in our efficiency rating. The initial setup was very easy, making the transition smooth for my team. They did a perfect job, and I have no complaints.
