Employers and employees can create accounts. Employees can apply and follow the status of their application through the job board. You can redirect the job board to your domain or subdomain. You can also backfill the board, which is great. The creators have also thought about online searchability, as you will see in your dashboard where you can insert your Google Analytics ID, insert meta code, meta descriptions, etc. Also, the job board includes a beautiful blog feature, which is good for SEO optimization. All in all, I highly recommend this new software. I have exchanged a couple of customer support exchanges with the founder, who I find responsive and professional.
