I enjoy how the portals complement each other to avoid overbooking, which saves me a lot of time. It greatly facilitates reducing the risk of overbooking, and the channel manager is simply fantastic. Additionally, I value the fact that my employee in Buenos Aires can access the system, review bookings, and communicate with me without any problems. Although I don't frequently use the feature that allows creating commission-free bookings, having the option is very useful. I like the link for direct bookings, which has even helped me on occasions, although they could improve the reports. Repeatedly, the integration with multiple booking platforms like Booking, Expedia, and Airbnb is fundamental for me. I would recommend MiniHotel PMS 10 out of 10 times as it greatly simplifies the management of more than 20 rooms and is a complete and great solution.
