I love that Minga lets us praise students, award positive reward points, communicate with parents, and cash those points in for rewards all in one place. Having automations for other guidance also helps my administrators support students more effectively and address behaviors before they become more extreme. The hall pass feature helps clean up our hallways by monitoring which students have been out of class, and it also helps us identify students who need more structure during unstructured times of the day. My students love seeing their Minga Points add up from positive behaviors, and the checkout process for cashing them in is so easy that it creates a smooth reward process—one that’s unmatched by any program I’ve ever used.

I like that Minga has become a one-stop shop for our needs. We use it in so many ways at Richland High School, including for transforming our PBIS system, improving communication with families, and automating our RTI system with FlexTime. It's been transformational, allowing us to automate many processes that used to take up a lot of time. I also appreciate how Minga streamlines everything by consolidating different platforms, which reduces strain on our teachers, students, and families.
