What I like best is the ability to dig into the transactions and see detail quickly. They have created valuable queries to help you get started. You can extract data to excel quickly and can create different visuals to present the information. I cannot say enough about the support that mindzie provides. They have patiently navigated with us through each challenge that we have presented. I was skeptical at first on the level of benefit we would receive from the tool, but once we started using it, we were hooked. We were able to identify a significant number of process issues to fix. The information we pulled out of mindzie was something we had been trying to track manually for years. We could never get all of the data that we needed and certainly did not have the chance to review it. Pulling the query was quick and pulled right from the line level of PO (which we could not pull out of our ERP ourselves). Within a few days, we had the data, identified some issues, and started to make changes. This was just the start for us. We use the tool regularly to monitor and review new areas for improvement.
