There are many things which I liked most, I am mentioning a few:<br>- The best part is we can use Chart Talk on any web-enabled device.<br>- Documentation becomes too easy.<br>- Claim management (the best one which is used to create, manage, and submit claims).<br>- Easy to filter and understand the claim which is in read or respond status.<br>- Chart Talk implementation & integration is quite easy as we don't need to install any software, just web-enabled devices are needed and it can be accessed from anywhere.<br>- Chart Talk has quick customer support if we have any issues while accessing.

I like how accessible the SOAP notes are from the initial login page.
