Kudos for Guest Engagement

I love the interface in a whole, I am very happy with the engagement from the guests. We can resolve issues quicker and I think it's keeping the guests really happy too. Simple easy set-up, and it's not hard to learn. There isn't much need for training.

Nice and simple UI distribution

Inbox distributions, the possibility of adding tags are useful. The graphics on the engagement report provide nice and simple to analyze information. Interaction with the guests.
