I enjoy the ease of finding PR hits in real time.

Professional staff who are quick to respond and actually get things done in a timely manner. I really like that they get their data directly from Nielsen so it is as accurate as possible. I don't need a fancy dashboard to get the data I need, so I like that Metro Monitor gets straight to the point. I had a lot of problems with Cision and Meltwater. They were pricey for what you got and it always seemed like we were catching clips that their services weren't. The contacts lists they provided were also inaccurate. I'm not sure how often they update those lists, but there was a lot of emails that bounced back.
