Not only can Deftly incorporate data from these various sources, it can create charts utilizing multiple sources of data within the same chart. As part of the excellent support during the onboarding process, our first set of client reports was formatted for us. Those initial reports gave us insight into the broad capabilities of the platform. Immediately after, with excellent, continued support, we were able to create numerous, meaningful client reports easily and quickly. The customer support remains phenomenal: emails and phone calls are answered expeditiously and answers are always thorough and comprehensive with offers for continued assistance and future availability to provide assistance. During support calls and in following up, insightful suggestions are made for deeper analysis of the data and/or suggestions to analyze the data differently to uncover more meaningful views of already existing data. I personally just can’t say enough about the level of support from this business; it is consistently top-notch.
