I enjoy the ability to contact our students in a controlled and distraction free environment. Other social media platforms allow distractions to both staff and students, MentorPro prevents these distractions. It allows the tracking of how your audience is doing as well when they fill out personal assessments that are easy to read. Also adding and subtracting new members is easy, adding resources that are useful for your audience, and developing tags that make it easy to search through them. Customer support has been amazing and responsive, with replies stating they are working on a response, and updates as they work on it or delivering the answer in a timely manner.

MentorPRO was a user friendly app for both our students to navigate and as a program manager. It allowed us to be in contact for mentoring via messaging, but the reporting and support the MentorPRO team gave through their Success Meetings really elevated our use of the app to the next level. The MentorPRO team is very easy to work with and helpful with any question big or small.

What I love about MentorPRO is that it is the "one stop shop" for mentoring. Everything from making easy connections, resources, trainings, surveys, calendar announcements, and trackable data. Their customer service is first class. The MentorPRO team is always willing to help and quick to respond.
