The customer support a second to none, coupled with the ease of use of the software and how well it integrates, this is been one of my best experiences with a SaaS offering.

I am using Memberspace for 2 years now and I am very happy with the service. Everything is simple, my members are happy with the set-up and the Memberspace team always answer super fast to my questions.

I learned quite a powerful lesson with Memberspace. I had been fighting with Wix, fighting with useless Velo devs, and generally having no luck at implementing a simple one-step user journey checkout for a web-based membership business. The sunk-cost loss of time and technical debt was getting to be unbearable. I had Memberspace installed and running within an hour. Had tweaked to look good, and with the functionality I needed within a day or so. I should have used this route from the start, and that's on me. Yes, it costs extra. The team have been excellent, and I am hopeful that the business will prove successful and make this the best decision I have made on it.
