Whenn

1 review

Whenn is group meeting scheduling software built for external meetings — meetings with people outside your organisation, across different companies and calendar systems. AutoWhenn reads every participant's connected calendar (Google or Microsoft), finds the best available slot across all timezones, confirms the meeting, and sends calendar invites to every participant automatically. The host does nothing after the initial setup. Unlike booking-link tools designed for one-to-one meetings, Whenn handles multi-party external scheduling where participants are across different organisations and calendar systems. Participants never need a Whenn account — they receive a personal link, connect their calendar or pick available times manually, and they're done in under a minute. Whenn also sends automatic reminders to participants who haven't responded, so you never have to chase manually. Free tier: 3 AutoWhenn confirmations per 30 days. Unlimited: £8/month.
