The software is extremely robust. Existing in the cloud, multiple users can access the program simultaneously. Service charges are based on data storage (vs. case creation, users, production, etc.), meaning each case is a standalone charge rather than a huge upfront cost or charges for services not used. Queries are easy to use, and tags make finding and sorting documents a breeze. Whenever I had an issue I couldn't figure out, I would get a response from support in less than a day.

Goldfynch allows our firm to use the program as much or as little as needed for each case. It can be as simple as exporting a PST file as usable PDF's to full blown document review and production, the choice is ours. We can be more efficient and more competitive while keeping expenses in check. The software requires us to work smarter but help is never more than an email away.
