They also ship constantly, delivering both customer-requested features and proactive solutions they identify on their own. On top of that, their responsiveness is outstanding, with response times typically within the hour. From a technical standpoint, Maxima’s integration options are extensive and seamless. It’s been easy to plug into our existing workflows and automate processes without friction. So far, we’ve automated full-cycle month-end close cash accounting, commissions accounting, and investments accounting. They’ve also built powerful features like a close checklist with a strong audit trail (support linking, direct NetSuite journal entry links, comments, dependencies, and metrics tracking), flux analysis (including an AI-based flux tool that’s still evolving but promising) and account reconciliations that are directly tied to NetSuite, with the flexibility to view all transactions and manipulate data using pivots and other tools. Overall, Maxima feels like a modern accounting platform built by a team that deeply understands accounting and moves quickly and thoughtfully to make their customers more effective.
