MatPilot is gym management software for martial arts academies teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, judo, karate, boxing, muay thai, wrestling, and MMA. It brings member records, class scheduling, attendance, billing, and grading into one system, available as native iOS and Android apps and in a web browser. Academies run timetables, class capacity, waitlists, and mobile bookings, and take attendance through a self check-in kiosk. Billing runs on Stripe, with family plans that let one parent pay once for several children, and revenue reconciles to Xero. Grading supports a separate rank system for each martial art, covering belts, stripes, promotion events, syllabus progress, and techniques taught in class, and issues diplomas. An AI co-pilot reviews daily activity and prepares administrative work for the owner to approve, including follow up on trials, failed payments, and students who have stopped attending. Reporting covers revenue, attendance, and retention by plan, belt, class, or coach.
