Automations make everything for my team so much easier!

To begin with, the user interface is pretty straightforward, using their SMS widget gives a great conversion boost because people feel like they can connect to a human immediately, and are able to communicate with our business from the comfort of their phones. Matador has allowed us to generate at least 500 5-star google reviews which puts us at the top rank in Google Maps. It's a feature that I could not find anywhere else. In addition that Matador.ai is only software so far that allows our business development team to contact a lead in less than 5 minutes, very consistently and help us minimize the leak of leads. Overall great software, I would recommend it to any auto dealership
