Great on paper, unresponsive support and constant glitches ruin the experience
The idea and execution are fantastic. It's the best inventory solution for Commissary kitchens with multiple retail locations that we've been able to find. COGs tracking is excellent and the inventory reports it provides give you fantastic insight into where possible waste/theft/over portioning is happening in your stores. The software is straightforward to use, and if you're even a little bit tech savvy you shouldn't have too much trouble picking it up.
