As a small web development agency owner, being able to 'live' in my clients' apps every day to enable them to easily request features, provide feedback or report bugs is a game changer. Not only does it simplify communication and save meetings, it also creates more work from existing clients (which as an agency is a good thing!)

How easy it is to get a new website ready for feedback. Clients of all skill levels are able to quickly and easily send feedback through.

Marker's integration with the PM systems we already use sealed the deal for us. No one like to log in to multiple applications and manage communications in different places. The customization options for the widget are great as well.
