Amazing product – Very Responsive Support team

We use Mandatly DSAR Management and Cookie Compliance tool. Managing DSAR requests used to be a manual headache, but this tool has saved me lot of time. It's very user-friendly and efficient. Setting up cookie banner took minutes and helped us get compliant. Their support team is awesome. Whenever we had questions or needed help, they were fast and really nice. They make sure we're happy with the product.

It also allows for complex customisation to meet our business needs and also to meet standards in privacy regulations. The service standards of the team are very high as they listen to our issues we face and constantly improve and enhance the solution to meet our needs and requirements we request for. It is easy to access for other co-workers (even across the globe) and we use the solution frequently too. Price is very competitive in the market.
