As a Business Development Associate at Learnmedix, I have also worked with the marketing and operations team to manage data privacy compliance while conducting webinars and different lead generation campaigns. Mandatly has helped in managing the privacy regulations efficiently. It is easy to use, its user interface allows even those team members who are not technically sound, and helps them perform the task without any issue. Its compliance tracking is its effective feature, which saves us a lot of time, as there is no need to monitor it constantly. It covers most of the privacy compliance requirements and never lets us miss anything important. It is used almost daily for reporting and tracking. It is effective in privacy management, but lacks a few things. Integration with the current system is not as smooth as it should be because it requires additional setup and technical work, which has delayed our deployment. Customization is also limited in some of the features, like consent banners. The new user may find it a little difficult to use the tools in the correct way.
