The Malbek CLM platform is a significant upgrade to how we manage the contracting process today.
The implementation team has been great to work with. They have all been very patient and understanding while trying to guide our team on how to best leverage the platform for our business while avoid some of the pitfalls they have seen with other clients. In terms of the tool itself, I like that it will simplify a number of processes in the drafting and negotiating contracts. I also like that it will drive consistency in how we all work on contracts and the info the business requestors need to provide upfront when submitting contracts. I also like that it is a collaborative tool where multiple users and easily work on the same document in the tool without tedious back and forth emails.
