Mailman instantly gives you way more control over your time and focus. What's even more important is that Mailman is perfectly executed, and easy to set up. It takes a few days to show its true potential, though.

Don't Get Bogged Down in the Email Clutter - Let MailmanHQ deliver at set times

The time I save from looking at my email constantly. With three screens I have email on one of them almost all the time since I'm working off emails, referring to old messages, etc. But what was annoying was all the new updates, promotional emails and non important emails that would distract me. Mailman alleviates that almost immediately and now I'm "receiving" emails 3 times a day. 730am Noon and 4:30pm.

Essential for busy agency owners and entrepreneurs

My favorite feature is Do Not Disturb. It allows me to create dedicated time slots for focused work without email distractions. Mailman will hold delivery of non-urgent emails (aka "Delivery Slots") which reduces the constant influx of emails, helping me maintain my focus.
