We transitioned to Magnoli POS because we were looking for an all-in-one platform that could bring together the different parts of our dry-cleaning operation. Magnoli has done that by combining front counter operations, cash management, time and attendance, and Pick Up and Delivery mapping and routing all in one system. One of the biggest benefits for us has been Magnoli AI. Being able to see the timeline of a garment or order as it moves through the process gives us a much better understanding of where an order is and what is happening with it. It has been a very useful tool for managing our operation and keeping track of garments throughout the process. We also have a Metal Progetti automated assembly system, and transitioning that operation to Magnoli was a big part of our implementation. Throughout the transition, the Magnoli development and Support staff teams were always there and very involved. They worked with us through the process and helped make the transition much smoother. Another area where Magnoli really stands out is customer support. Their support team is exceptional. They respond quickly and take the time to walk us through challenges, whether it is training, problem solving, or figuring out how to make something work better for our operation. Overall, Magnoli has given us a platform that brings many of the pieces of our business together in one place. The combination of the all-in-one system, Magnoli AI, integration with our automated assembly system, and especially the support we receive from their team has made a big difference for us.

What I like most about Magnoli is how intuitive and efficient the platform feels for managing my workflow. The drag-and-drop interface makes it simple to organize information and rearrange things as needed.
