Whenever I've reached out, they've usually replied quickly. often within a couple of hours, and most issues get sorted out the same day. even if we have different time zone. I've contacted them by email. and all have been helpful. The platform itself is straightforward to use rather than other platforms, and it makes creating and sharing digital content much easier. I also appreciate that their team listens and has made adjustments based on our need.
