Founder and CEO at MakeShyft R.D.AService is OK, the pay as you go billing is not great, but service resolved the problem.
The service itself is pretty good, it does the job. The customer support was good too when asking to install a piece of software. Nothing else to say here, it does a good job for what it is.

Force a subscription model and when you want to cancel is not responsive
We have used their service 2 times. First time went OK. Second time, had problems using VM machine. Cancel subscription days ahead of weekly renewal deadline but still got charged. Contested with PayPal.
