The features I value most are question-specific capacity settings and the ability to create forms with conditional logic, enabling tailored follow-up questions based on respondents’ answers. The form-building process is intuitive and well-structured, and I especially appreciate the option to add personalized texts and links.

It's very user-friendly and creating events is very logical.

What I find most helpful about Lyyti is being able to review the status of participants. One area that still needs improvement is definitely invoicing.
