The support team is incredible, and the product is constantly evolving

We have a wonderful rep who's very proactive and knowledgeable - Alexandra Vivas. She does a good job keeping us on track with deadlines, new ideas and new offerings from Luxury Presence. I also love the support chat - they've helped me many times with technical issues that were not immediately obvious to me, like parameters for uploading hero videos, changing headers and graphics, etc. Really great people!
