I love their Text to to Video feature. It allowed me to create something almost tremendously useful when I tried the free version. This is after spending a lot of time. I loved the way their scene composition worked. I like the edit feature of the script. While it is time consuming, this is way better than working with a professional marketing firm and the cycle time.
I like their customer engagement approach. I had the privilege to talk to the founder with the feedback call. He pointed me in the right direction. That is what I call, "white glove service"

Lumen5 is a well-established way for small businesses to create lots of professional videos quickly and easily without being a video expert. Improvements keep being made, such as adding AI voices, AI scripts and AI editing. Videos are easy to switch between wide, square and tall formats to suit different social platforms. Customer support is quick, though rarely needed. Since Lumen5 is cloud-based, implementation is easy regardless of your hardware.

Decent video creation tool, but sometimes frustrating to use
I like that it formats text so it's aligned, lets you add custom music and images, and lets you customize the time for each slide. The videos always look very polished and professional. I also like the social media webinars that Lumen5 occasionally offers. The few times I've reached out to the support team, they have been very kind and helpful.
