We reached out to the team at LOOP after our business growth had seen us stretched across multiple systems and platforms. This was chewing up valuable time and resources, I knew there was a better way but I just had to find the right system for the stage of our business. Right from the start from receiving an initial contact from Aaron to talking with Aaron over the phone his professionalism and easy going communication drew me in and made me feel comfortable talking about what we were after and how LOOP could assist. We instantly felt part of a team. This progressed to a video meeting and demo with Aaron and Jordan where again the customer service was outstanding, we genuinely felt like the team wanted to work with us and find solutions to our challenges. There was no pushy sales pitches or hassling just genuine support and information to help us make the right decision. At the time we were considering another full time employee position however, since implementing LOOP we have been able to scale our business without any additional staff. Our system and operations are more organised and efficient since implementing LOOP. Less double handling information, working across multiple platforms and improved storage of information and sharing of information to clients and sub contractors. The customer service has continued throughout our time with LOOP wherever we have questions or need something built in the background of LOOP. Our queries are always responded to promptly and Jordan as well as the support team provide prompt solutions while always taking onboard feedback and recommendation for future updates.
